How It Works
Kan-Ban two-bin replenishment, from shelf to shipment.
Each product lives in two bins. Staff always pick from the front bin, and the rear bin is the buffer that covers you until the next delivery arrives.
Color-coded label shows live status at the shelf.

Supplies are organized in Pegasus two-bin racks, each fitted with an electronic shelf label showing live status, PAR quantity, and lot information.

Inventory levels and order status sync instantly across departments and the supply chain, with color-coded alerts for low, expiring, and recalled stock.

When the front bin empties, staff press the button on the label. The item goes on the next order and the rear bin rotates forward, so older stock is always used first.
