These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IntraPosition website, asset management platform, and automated notification services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Description of Services

 

IntraPosition provides high-accuracy indoor positioning and digital inventory management solutions. Our services include, but are not limited to, real-time asset tracking, digital crash cart auditing, and automated replenishment notifications.

 

2. SMS and Automated Messaging (A2P 10DLC)

 

As part of our healthcare management platform, IntraPosition sends automated text notifications to authorized personnel. These messages are triggered by system events, such as when a crash cart is accessed or when medical supplies require replenishment.

 

• Program Name: IntraPosition Alerts.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user registration and system events; however, users will typically receive no more than one (1) message per day per campaign to which they are registered.

• Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

• Support (HELP): For assistance, reply HELP to any message you receive or contact us at support@intraposition.com.

• Opt-Out (STOP): You may unsubscribe from our messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending "STOP," you will receive a single confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive further messages.

• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

3. Privacy and Data Security

 

Your privacy is critical to us. IntraPosition’s use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Specifically for our messaging services, mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.

 

4. User Obligations

 

You represent that you are the primary user or authorized subscriber for the mobile phone number provided to IntraPosition. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the opt-in process.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

IntraPosition’s notifications are intended to assist in hospital operations and logistics; they do not replace primary clinical judgment or established emergency response protocols. IntraPosition is not responsible for actions taken or omitted based on the receipt or failure to receive a notification.
